Your starting point is located in the coastal town in the Gulf of Cannigione. From here you have the possibility to follow three different itineraries, which will take you to discover the North of Sardinia from every angle. So let’s go! Each day you’ll have the choice to ride on your own (with your digital roadbook & GPS) or to follow your guide and enjoy the group atmosphere!
The order of the routes in Sardinia is flexible. If you are riding solo, you can choose your itinerary. If you ride with the group, our guides will choose the best route each day, considering both the weather and the group’s riding experience, so everyone has a smooth, memorable journey.
Tucked away in green nature and overlooking the Gulf of Cannigione, Hotel Airone offers the perfect base during your trip.
The hotel is a stone’s throw from Baja Smeralda and the beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda. Airone offers lunch and dinner in addition to a delicious breakfast. Your breakfast is included every day.
You will sleep in comfortable rooms with a private balcony or direct access to the garden, where you can take a refreshing dip in the beautiful pool. The cozy village of Cannigione, with its many charming restaurants, is just a 10-minute drive away.
Sardinia is known for its rich culinary traditions and excellent local wines. As part of your trip, you’ll have the opportunity to visit a local winery and taste some of the island’s finest flavours. An expert will guide you through the tasting, sharing more about the wines and the Sardinian winemaking tradition, all while you enjoy a delicious local tagliere.

*This price is calculated on two people per Vespa. More information about driving alone can be found under ‘your Vespa’.
During your Vespa Trip in Sardinia, you’ll have your own 125cc Vespa at your disposal. You’ll receive it the morning after your arrival, and return it on the last evening. The vespa is yours for the whole trip, even during the evenings.
If you want to receive your vespa earlier, or want to keep it a bit longer, you can choose the Early Pick-Up and/or the Late Drop-Off. With those options, the Vespa is yours from 2pm on your arrival day and/or you can return it at 2pm on your departure day (€50 per option).
Can I drive the Vespa Solo?
The prices are calculated with the assumption that the Vespa is shared between 2 people. If you would like to drive solo, there is a supplement of €130 per single driver (per person). So, if you’re two and each want to drive a Vespa the solo supplement applies twice.
In order to drive our Vespas in Sardinia, you must have a driving license (B) or a motorbike license (A) and be 18+. The license (AM) is not valid. The passenger sitting in the back does not need to be 18 nor have a driving license.
You have a European driving license? That’s perfect! Your license isn’t for Europe? Then you’ll need to apply for an international driving license.
Never ridden a Vespa or scooter before? We highly recommend taking the Start-to-Vespa class. On your arrival day in Sardinia, your guide will provide all the essential information plus an introductory lesson to help you get comfortable with riding and to ensure you can drive safely in Italian traffic.
After the lesson, you can keep your Vespa for extra practice and to start exploring at your own pace. This class costs €50 per person.
The designed routes for your trip in Sardinia are uploaded on a GPS, which you can easily attach to the steering wheel of your Vespa. With this GPS (+ €30) you’ll come by the most beautiful roads and arrive at the most stunning stops.
Daily breakfast is included in the price. For a lovely lunch or dinner*, we always recommend some of our favorite restaurants. In the hotel, or nearby in Cannigione, the home base for your Vespa Trip, you will find many cozy restaurants and nice bars.
*Lunch and dinner are not included in the package.
Your Vespa automatically includes insurance for damage to third parties. For coverage of damage to your own Vespa, you can choose between two options.
You must choose one of the above options.
